A card NFT arrives first. Physical redemption is handled with Collector Crypt.
The card NFT
A successful reward sends the Collector Crypt card NFT to the winning wallet. The associated physical slab remains with the card custodian until the owner follows the redemption process.
SLABZ does not automatically know the recipient’s shipping address and does not ship physical cards merely because an NFT was transferred.
Arrange redemption
Open Collector Crypt’s official service using the wallet that currently owns the card NFT. Review the card details and the current redemption options there. Shipping availability, fees, timing, and any import costs belong to that redemption process.
Keep the NFT ownership and transaction records available when seeking support. If you transfer or sell the NFT, the wallet that currently owns it controls the subsequent redemption process.
Shared vault cards
Vault cards stay in community custody. They do not appear as individually awarded prizes, and a vault token balance is not a claim to withdraw a slab for personal delivery.
